As well as the Google local results changing today and causing quite a stir I’ve noticed Google is now showing real time search results taken from twitter in the organic SERPS when you search for names. I searched for my own name (sometimes it’s interesting to see what comes up..) and the screen grab below was shown:

I looked for other results such as Rand Fishkin and Dave Naylor and got the same.
