Thanks for taking the time to reply Michael. In my Reply:

Myth 1 - I have seen it as an advantage, based on past experience. Two domains both with the exact same seo implemented but one containing the targeted keyword in the URL would out rank the one that did not.

Myth 3 - Tagging images with descriptions will bring in traffic and I have once again seen and used this. Consider image tagging as slightly different in terms of keyword trends.

Myth 4 - This makes no sense to my original post, obviously its not illegal. Google does state on their pages "Buying or selling links that pass PageRank is in violation of Google's webmaster guidelines and can negatively impact a site's ranking in search results." - So you will only be penalized if you buy for rank, not other factors.

Myth 5 - You can alter the flow of PR through your site - Google it, you will see I am not alone on Sculpting the flow of link juice.

Myth 7 - You are wrong, try and rank for a keyword without any links against a site with good quality links - you will fail..

Myth 9 - There are no guarantees but you can improve the odds heavily.

Truth 1: Including keywords in your domain is an advantage

MYTH: Actually, including keywords anywhere in your page URL helps but that does not give you an "advantage". Someone else can create their own "advantage" by doing something you overlooked.

Truth 3:Creating image descriptions will improve traffic

MYTH: Creating image descriptions (what most people refer to as "alt= text" or "alt tags") doesn't guarantee an increase in traffic.

Truth 4:You can use a paid links strategy

NOTE: It's perfectly fine to buy links for PageRank, too, but Google reserves the right to filter those links or penalize your site. There is no law against buying links for PageRank, nor any moral or ethical code that bars it.

Truth 5: Using “nofollow” tags will keep your page value within your domain

MYTH: You cannot "hoard" PageRank. If you don't share it, it will be shared for you in the search engine's calculations.

Truth 7: Good quality links still hold a lot of influence in terms of SE rankings

MYTH: Just people use links to rank doesn't mean links are better for ranking. You can have tons of "good quality links" that don't assist with your rankings whatsoever.

Truth 9: Using fresh new content will give you additional traffic

MYTH: There are no guarantees in life.
